Leadership is service. That is not a slogan I put on for a chapel or an assembly. It is the argument I make everywhere, and it happens to be the one young people are starving to hear said plainly by someone who has lived it.
I have spoken for Christian schools, chapel services, Bible studies, university athletic departments, commencements, and for faith-based organizations like the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Young Life. I talk about holding the rope for each other, about the position nobody claps for, and about becoming the kind of person other people can count on when it costs something. Faith is present in how I say it, because it is present in how I live. It is never a performance and never a wedge.
The values rate
$7,500
I keep one door priced so the number is never the reason a school, a church, or a nonprofit says no. In-person engagements for faith, education, and nonprofit organizations are $7,500. That is a values decision, not a discount, and it is the same talk I give anywhere else.
